DBLS transformed a rooftop terrace area on this Pittwater waterfront home into a readily accessible barbecue and entertainment area that takes full advantage of its site. The property’s flat roof required extensive drainage and membrane works prior to commencement. Materials were dropped in by crane. The resultant landscaping over 8 levels has maximized the use of the entire property for the owners’ family and greatly enhanced the property’s aesthetics as viewed from the road and beachfront. LED lighting throughout the works creates a dramatic nightscape.
