This double-block landmark property was designed by award-winning architect Peter Stutchbury of Peter Stutchbury Architecture and built by John Fielding of Bellevarde Constructions. DBLS was one of two sandstone contractors to work on this enormous dual block home over several years. In 2014, the house became the most expensive new build to ever be put on the Sydney real estate market. A state of the art residence constructed to the highest standard in materials and craftsmanship, this project is a showcase of DBLS’ skills and has been extensively featured in the media.
