In another award-winning project designed by architect Rob Brown of Casey Brown architects, this brand new ocean-front home in Whale Beach was awarded the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) award in 2009 for the ‘Best Custom-made Home’. DBLS was responsible for the major sandstone works throughout the property, including internal and external spaces on multiple levels, terraced to the cliff edge and featuring a wet edge pool that is recessed the lower story using Sydney sandstone and surrounded by lawn.
